Do I need to own my own business to get a website?

What does the web design services include?
A KMCBS web design includes the following:

Unfortunately, KMCBS is not a web hosting company, therefore hosting fees are separate; however the average cost for hosting is $9.99 - $24.99/ month (depending desired features); billed on an annual basis. All web designs require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Is there a deposit to get my project started?
KMCBS does require an up-front non-refundable deposit for all projects. All clients will receive a FREE initial consultation, in which we will collaborate to create a customized design. Within 24-72 hours, a FREE estimated Quote and a copy of our Services Agreement will be provided to the client for review. If the client desires to proceed with KMCBS, a copy of the signed agreement and the agreed upon deposit is required prior to the start of the project. If multiple Products/Services are requested, there will be a 50% deposit requirement for each up to 5 items; 6 or more products and/or services will not require a deposit.
Will KMCBS continue to manage my projects?
Yes, KMCBS will gladly manage your projects, including but not limited to Marketing & Advertising, Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Online/Web Stores, Websites, and Company Databases. Maintenance is provided and billed on a Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis, however it is not mandatory that we maintain your projects. Visit our Price List for further details.
What is KMCBS' refund policy?
All sales are final! The 50% non-refundable deposit applies to all projects, however if multiple projects are requested, the deposit of up to 5 Product and/or Services is required. A full refund may be obtained if the agreed upon start-date has not expired. A signed contract is required for all services, except for printed products.
Is there a contract required for eCommerce & Credit Card Processing ?
No, we don't lock you into a contract like most Merchant Services Providers and Credit Card Processors. There is a required agreement of the terms and conditions of the service as well as the Personal Guaranty. The terms for eCommerce and Merchant Services are month-to-month; therefore can be cancelled at any time. KMCBS is not an ISO or a Merchant Services provider.
